As part of a process improvement initiative, I created a process in Skore to assist discussion around how different apps need to integrate with Zoho Corporation.

Skore's stylesheet was heavily instrumental in being able to manipulate process objects and their colours to create a flow that could be quickly and easily understood by the intended audience. In this case, allowing for the easy identification of integration touch points.

As the discussion developed, I was able to edit the process during the session, reflecting agreed changes/process improvements. We now have a solid structure to get the automation of this process up and running.
