Following a number of discussions recently I have added an extra step to the instructions on the Business on a Page template regarding measures.

The template is a great tool to help business owners / directors and senior managers start to understand how the business is architected. It gives them the chance to clarify highlevel ownership and accountability but it doesn't include any measures.

As a result I have added an extra step in the instructions suggesting that once they have decided who owns which box that they then think about how to measure each box.

The question is, should these measures by simply captured as Custom Field attachments, or should they be displayed visibly on the page?
