Hi everyone, I know there is a way to get reports on roles from a process level. But is there a way to get reports on the roles for ALL processes.

So, I want to see ALL the activities in the entire workspace where each role is involved. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, in the software today it is not possible. (We can do it using the API)

It will be in the next version of Skore that will come early next year. We are working hard at making all the "resources" central (roles, custom fields and forms) so that we can do workspace analytics.

Such an extraction is possible via the API, this is a technical approach.

A 'quick and dirty' workaround would be to drop (cut and paste) the individual process diagrams into a new canvass and run a report from there.

Warning! Once you have run the report delete the new canvass to avoid referencing stale data.
