Great session yesterday, my key takeaways:

Don't forget about the cultural aspect of onboarding - technically you can onboard and easily measure but it's also important to think about the cultural aspect when bringing together two organisations and how they will work together for the long term
Channel of choice - are you providing the right channels for those you are onboarding to interact with you. If you provide a digital only experience are you missing out on those that prefer a human touch?
Make onboarding better for everyone - we often think specifically about the experience of the person, or company, being onboarded but it's also important to consider your own people and their experience of onboarding. The better it is for them the better they'll make it for everyone else
